  • United States Coast Guard - Android | Apple The official U.S. Coast Guard app gives you 24/7 access to the most commonly requested information and resources for the recreational boating public.
  • Marine Traffic - Android | Apple Paid Great app to check on other vessels in your area. Not recommended for navigation, but if you don't have AIS on board it can give you a rough idea.
  • NOAA Buoys - Android | Apple Provides live marine weather at buoys you select

  • Clipper Around The World The Clipper Race is one of the biggest challenges of the natural world and an endurance test like no other. With no previous sailing experience necessary, it’s a record breaking 40,000 nautical mile race around the world on a 70-foot ocean racing yacht.
  • COHO HO HO The Coho Ho Ho is a sailing rally where sailors of all abilities come together to make their way down the coast, from Seattle to San Francisco. As many sailors will tell you, the run south along the world's longest lee shore is one of the more difficult passages for any sailor. With the education and support the Coho Ho Ho provides, the trip is safe and fun for the entire fleet. The Coho Ho Ho departs mid-August each year, and arrives in San Diego in early-to-mid September. From there, the fleet is well positioned to continue down to San Diego and meet the Baja Ha Ha rally in October.
  • R2AK No motor, no support, all the way to Alaska. The physical endurance, saltwater know-how, and bulldog tenacity to navigate the 750 cold water miles from the Port Townsend, Washington, to Ketchikan, Alaska.
  • South Sound Series
  • Swiftsure There are several options, but they all start in Victoria and the longest goes out to Swiftsure Bank past Neah Bay on Memorial Day Weekend each year.
  • Vic-Maui On even numbered years this race starts in Victoria, BC and ends in Maui.
  • Van Isle 360 Race starts and ends in Nanaimo Vancouver BC and is a 360° circomnavigation of Vancouver Island.
  • Volvo Ocean Race The Volvo Ocean Race is often described as the longest and toughest professional sporting event in the world, sailing’s toughest team challenge and one of the sport’s Big Three events, alongside the Olympics and America’s Cup.
