Friday June 21
Noon – 5pm Arrival (Hosts will be on the dock to help boats arrive starting about noon. Use VHF 72 or 206 799-9116 to contact the host if needed.)
Hosts have reserved dock space initially for 6 slips, but will be adjusted 30 days prior based on RSVP’s, and will be covered by HAPS. All reservations will be made by contacting the Hosts, so don’t contact the Marina.
You will be responsible for you own moorage to be paid at the gas dock upon arrival.
5pm – 7pm Dinner plan is open but options are:
On your own
Order takeout from one of the local restaurants and eat at the dock shelter
Go as one or several groups to one of the local restaurant’s, the most popular are:
QuarterDeck – New Wine, Coffee, Beer bar serving craft beer and cider, wines from around the world, hand-pulled espresso and small bites located in the marina near the guest dock.
Saturday June 22
7am – 9am Breakfast in the dock shelter (HAPS provided)
10am – 2pm - Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market
4pm – 6pm – Crock Pot Potluck: Bring your favorite Crock Pot Recipe; Chili, Stew, Soup, etc. The shelter has power and the hosts will have power strips, HAPS will provide condiments.
7pm – 9pm bring your favorite DVD, we will pick one and have a movie in the shelter. HAPS will provide the Pop Corn.
Sunday June 23
7am – 9am Breakfast in the dock shelter (HAPS provided)
