Every February, the town of Langley does something special: the entire town devotes itself to embodying a murder mystery that takes all year to write, months to rehearse, and two days to solve. Over forty clues are scattered around the town, and the suspects and witnesses roam around in costume, ready to be interviewed by the over 2,000 participants.

After the public denouement in a local theatre, the winners are put in a draw for prizes contributed by local merchants, eating and lodging establishments.
